Wayne Pastor, JD '03 -- Sonus Networks Inc., a developer of telecommunications technologies, has promoted company veteran Wayne Pastore to be its full-time chief financial officer.
Pastore, a senior financial executive with the Westford, Mass.-based company since 2008, had served as Sonus’ interim CFO since February.
The move will increase Pastore’s annual salary to $285,000 from $240,000 and result in a $125,000 retention bonus. He also stands to receive a target bonus equal to 60 percent of his base salary.
Pastore, 44, joined Sonus in February 2008 as the director of business-process improvement. He became the company’s chief accounting officer and corporate controller in May 2008 and assumed the role of interim CFO in February.
Pastore previously held senior executive roles at other technology companies, including Chelmsford, Mass.-based Sycamore Networks Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and Suffolk University Law School.
