You must enroll your mobile device before you can use the Password Reset service. Sending a code via SMS (text msg) to the mobile device verifies your identity and reduces fraud and identity theft.
Enroll today through Service-Now
1.) Login with your Suffolk University username and password
This will give you access to the ServiceNow Self Service Catalog
2.) Click 'Get Started' to bypass the welcome screen
3.) Under the Password Reset, Choose Enrollment
4.) Click Add Device
5.) Fill in required fields and Click Add Device
6.) The Enrollment for SMS Verification window will appear,
7.) After a few minutes, You will receive a verification code on your mobile device.
Type that code in the Verify Device field and click Verify Device
8.) Your device will be added to the system. You can add another device or click Submit.
