You have an important stewardship responsibility for time off.  You must ensure all time off is entered in Workday and approve or deny time off requests in a timely manner.  Paid time off is a valuable resource and a significant part of the University’s budget so it is important to administer it thoughtfully, carefully and responsibly.

You should make sure time entered by hourly employees is correct and approve the entered or corrected time no later than Monday of the week in which payroll is completed
