"Be the Robin in your Neighborhood"
Each spring the Center for Community Engagement organizes a day for the Suffolk community to perform service in the Greater Boston area. The entire Suffolk University community is invited and encouraged to participate in the 20th Annual Service Day "Be the Robin in your Neighborhood" on Friday, April 28th 2017.
Service projects take place during daytime and early evening shifts, with a free on-campus celebratory luncheon that recognizes the center’s years of service within the community. This year's project sites include Christopher’s Haven, Cradles to Crayons, Boston Rescue Mission and The Greater Boston Food Bank.
Service Day Schedule:(approximate, please see project list for exact times of each service project)
Morning Service Shifts: 8:00am-11:30pm
Lunch Celebration: 11:45am-1:30pm (Sawyer 4th Floor)
Afternoon Service Shifts: 1:00pm-6:00pm

Registration opens on March 22nd at 8 am and will continue until all volunteer opportunities are filled. Volunteers may register as a group or individually. Volunteers will receive a Service Day T-shirt
